01 QS ENGINEER (WORKING AT DONG NAI):

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Calculate and take off the construction volume of construction items according to design drawings, construction method drawings and approved shop-drawing drawings on the basis of issued forms.
– Request the supervision department to confirm and accept the work, construction stages and confirm the construction location sketch to carry out payment documents, final settlement with the investor and payment with subcontractors, teams.
– Summarize and cumulatively report the payment value and volume of materials imported to the construction site from contractors and material suppliers.
– Perform other assigned tasks in accordance with expertise and capacity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated from university majoring in Engineering, Construction, Construction Economics…
– Have 2 years or more of professional experience in the job applied for.
– Proficient in office information technology and MS Word, Excel software…
– Work independently and well in groups, with a high sense of responsibility.
