01 SHOP DRAWING (WORKING AT DONG NAI):

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Work with relevant units (Project Management Board, Supervisory Consultant, Executive Committee) to complete the set of documents, papers and procedures for project implementation.
– Set up implementation schedule and approve Shopdrawing drawings, Construction method drawings, drawings changed according to the Investor’s design correctly and promptly according to the project’s progress.
– Deploy shop drawings to serve construction activities in the field.
– Update changes, control conflicts between drawings.
– Provide information about design, financial methods, etc. to serve project payment and settlement documents.
– And other jobs upon request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated from university majoring in civil construction, technical infrastructure, transportation…
– Have 2 years or more of professional experience in the job applied for.
– Proficient in office information technology and Autocad, Project, shopdrawing software…
– Work independently and well in groups, with a high sense of responsibility.

Contract & Legal Manager

With a good degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thu has 7 years of experience at companies specializing in law and in charge of contracts for quite large companies in the market.
